SKY Food Network LLC. DBA as SKY Digital Ordering located at 210 River St. Hackensack, NJ 07601 operates an online ordering platform that connects users with participating restaurants for food ordering and delivery or pickup.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Platform.

3. User Accounts

To place an order, you may need to register for an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Ordering and Payment

When you place an order, you are entering into a direct contract with the restaurant.Prices, menu items, and availability are provided by the restaurants and are subject to change.Payment is processed via third-party payment providers. SKY Digital Ordering is not responsible for payment errors caused by third-party systems. Please contact the restaurant right away or fill our contact us form. We will get in contact right away. We use STRIPE as our payments partner.

5. Restaurant Responsibilities

Restaurants are responsible for the preparation, quality, and delivery of the food. Any issues with food quality or service must be resolved directly with the restaurant.

6. Platform Responsibilities

We aim to provide an accurate, functional, and reliable service.
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by restaurants.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (including logos, text, graphics) is the property of SKY Food Network LLC. or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute Platform content without written permission.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:
Use the Platform for illegal purposes.
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers.
Collect or store personal data from other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

SKY Food Network LLC. is not liable for damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to food-related issues or delivery delays.
Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SKY Food Network LLC., its affiliates, and employees from any claims arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior.

12. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and process your personal data.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the Platform with a new "Effective Date."
